MultiReport
Export article metadata as a CSV report for compliance and analytics
What it does
MultiReport generates a CSV file containing full metadata for all articles published within a selected date range. One file gives you everything you need for compliance reporting: titles, authors, affiliations, DOI, license, publication dates, and review status.
How it works
- Go to Tools > Statistics > Reports in your OJS journal manager panel
- Select the MultiReport plugin and choose a date range
- Download the generated CSV file
The report includes one row per article with all key metadata columns.
Key features
- Complete metadata — title, all authors with affiliations and countries, DOI, license, publication date
- Date range filter — export only articles published within a specific period
- Review status — a “Has Review” column indicates peer-reviewed articles
- Excel-ready — UTF-8 with BOM encoding ensures correct display of non-Latin characters in Excel
